I get jazz shoes tomorrow! Hooray! My mom ordered a pair for me online two weeks ago and we had major conflicts with the company and, based on the many emails and phone calls back and forth, we came to the decision that we are pretty sure the company might have been trying to scam us. Or else they were just incredibly incompetent. Anyhow, I am going to Des Moines and getting a pair tomorrow!
My dad told me something really funny tonight. He said when he was in high school, the debate team went to a state contest and someone put up a huge sign that read "Congratulations Master Debaters!"

Wow, it's quarter to 2 in the morning and I am watching Phantom of the Opera, so I thought the subject line was appropriate! This musical is amazing. I think I almost have it practically memorized! The music is beautiful. "Why make her lie to you to save me?" "I fought so hard to free you!" Oh it's so incredibly romantic! "God gave me courage to show you, you are not alone!" Can anyone tell that I am at the end?
Good night!

I am surprised they have not confiscated my card. If they did that I would re-buy one through the library black market most likely.

Right now, at this very moment, are seven 7th grade girls ranging in age from 12 to 13 taking over my house giggling like hyenas and screaming like banshees.
Yesterday I was in Fort Dodge at my grandma's house, and my four-year-old cousin, Eleanor, was playing a Disney sing along tape that I used to watch when I was little. It was so cute! I still remember just about all of the songs on there... I loved that tape so much! It's amazing how fast people grow up, I still remember being little. Good thing I've got little cousins to make ME feel little again! :)

So, I just finished reading the Phantom of the Opera a little while ago. It's a pretty good book. It is extremely different from the musical. The Phantom is even more evil and sinister. There were a few hidden correlations between the two that I caught that were kind of cool. It really wasn't a story about Christine, it was more about Raoul and a Persian guy that never really has a name. Christine seems to be more of an object. Oh well, I definitely would recommend it.
